SBG Anniversary Event: “The 30th Annual General Meeting”
We are pleased to inform you that the Singapore Business Group HCMC (SBG) will be organizing the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The year 2022 also marks a significant milestone for Singapore Business Group, the 30-year journey of establishing and flourishing in Vietnam.
This year, we are also calling for Executive Committee (ExCo) elections and voting. Potential nominees who wish to join us and make SBG a greater and stronger community together, please step up and take the chance!
We look forward to welcoming you to this meaningful event, selecting the best people who will drive SBG to every success, and joining the special dinner to celebrate the 30th year of SBG.
Details are as follows:
Date: Saturday, 24th September 2022
Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (event registration starts at 4:30 PM)
Venue: Sheraton Hotel & Towers, 88 Dong Khoi Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Dress Code: Retro or Business Casual
Participation Fee (including special dinner with 6 courses):
– SBG Members: FOC (valid membership card is required)
– Non-Member: Please contact the SBG office to sign up for SBG membership before registration.
No walk-in guests allowed

4.30 PM: Registration & Welcome guests
5.00 PM: The event commences
5.00 PM – 5.30 PM: Present SBG’s Annual Report 2022
5.30 PM – 5.45 PM: Propose new Constitution, Amendment
5.45 PM – 5.55 PM: Announcement of SBG’s new name
5.55 PM – 6.15 PM: Introduce new nominees for Exco
6.15 PM – 6.35 PM: Voting
6.35 PM – 6.45 PM: Announce new Exco Members
6.45 PM – 7.00 PM: Dinner starts
7.20 PM – 7.35 PM: Celebrate SBG’s 30th Year Anniversary
7.45 PM: Event ends
*Seats are limited. To discourage wastage from no-shows, members are required to pay a VND500,000 F&B deposit upon registration, and no later than Wednesday, 21st September 2022. The deposit will be forfeited for a no-show but will be refunded within a week after the AGM to the registered member who attended the event.
