SingCham is pleased to announce that we participate as a Supporting Partner of Vietnam ADR Week 2026 – VAW 2026, jointly organized by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in collaboration with the Vietnam Lawyers Association.
Vietnam ADR Week (VAW) is a national-level forum dedicated to arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms in Vietnam. Organized as a series of professional and networking events, VAW brings together state authorities, arbitration and mediation institutions, the legal community, businesses, experts, and domestic as well as international partners to exchange perspectives, share experience, and strengthen cooperation in the field of ADR.
In the context of increasingly expanding and complex trade and investment activities, the demand for effective, transparent, and reliable dispute resolution mechanisms has become more pressing than ever. Deepening economic integration not only increases the volume of cross-border transactions but also calls for the continuous refinement of the legal framework, as well as the enhancement of the quality and practical effectiveness of dispute resolution methods in line with modern business realities. In this context, the establishment of a specialized, multidimensional, and well-connected forum to promote dialogue, share experiences, and strengthen cooperation in arbitration, mediation, and other ADR mechanisms has become particularly essential.
In this spirit, the Vietnam ADR Week 2026 (VAW 2026), themed “Arbitration & ADR: Embracing New Heights”, is organized as a series of professional and networking events by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in collaboration with the Vietnam Lawyers’ Association. With an expanded scope in terms of content, format, and connectivity, VAW 2026 is expected to continue serving as a meaningful platform for exchange and cooperation among ADR stakeholders in Vietnam and between Vietnam and the international community.

In the longer term, the event aspires to contribute to positioning Vietnam as a reliable destination for commercial and investment dispute resolution in the region and beyond. More than a series of professional events, VAW 2026 marks an important milestone in the development of Vietnam’s dispute resolution ecosystem toward modernization, integration, and alignment with international standards.
