SingCham Vietnam was honoured to participate in Vietnam ADR Week 2026, organised by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), under the theme “Arbitration & ADR: Embracing New Heights” this morning, May 27th 2026.
During the event, SingCham Vietnam and VIAC officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), represented by our Vice President, Mr. Seck Yee Chung, to strengthen collaboration in legal risk prevention and effective commercial dispute resolution for businesses.
Our Vice President also joined the panel discussion on “Strategies for Legal Risk Management and Dispute Prevention”, where he shared perspectives from the business community on managing legal risks and preventing disputes in today’s evolving investment environment.
