Hanoi, 2 July 2026 – Phu Long and Keppel Ltd. (Keppel) today broke ground for Estiva Charm, the first phase of the Estiva residential development within Mailand Hanoi City. The ceremony was attended by Mr Nguyen Van Sinh, Vice Minister of Construction, representatives from Hanoi’s local authorities, as well as representatives from Phu Long, Keppel and the project’s strategic partners.

Located within Mailand Hanoi City, Estiva is one of the township’s key residential components, spanning more than 14 hectares. Jointly developed by Phu Long and Keppel, Estiva is envisioned as an international-standard residential community in western Hanoi.
As the first phase of Estiva, Estiva Charm occupies a 2.86-hectare site and comprises 109 premium dual-frontage shophouses designed to offer flexible spaces for living and commercial activities. Beyond more than 20 curated on-site amenities, including a clubhouse, mineral salt swimming pool, gymnasium, yoga studio and children’s playground, residents will also enjoy seamless connectivity to landscaped spaces and lifestyle amenities across Mailand Hanoi City.
The appointment of internationally recognised consultants Land Sculptor, BYG and Ong & Ong reflects the project’s focus on quality planning, architecture and landscape design.
Speaking at the event, Mr Nguyen Van Sinh, Vice Minister of Construction, stated that the groundbreaking of Estiva Charm was a step in line with the Party and State’s policy on urban development and the real estate market toward sustainability, synchronisation, and placing residents’ quality of life at the centre.
The Deputy Minister emphasised that housing projects need to be developed according to the real needs of the people, linked with urban planning, public transportation systems, and synchronised technical and social infrastructure, in order to create modern living spaces with full amenities and an improved quality of life.
At the same time, the Deputy Minister acknowledged the capabilities and experience of Phu Long and Keppel in real estate development, and expressed hope that Estiva Charm would be implemented on schedule and to a high standard of quality, contributing to realising Hanoi’s vision for green, civilised, and sustainable urban development.
