Dear Valued Members and Partners,
According to the Vietnamese National Centre for Hydrometeorological Forecasting, the northern and central regions, including Hanoi, are expected to be heavily affected by Typhoon Ragasa, with heavy rains and strong winds forecast from September 25th to 27th.
In light of these challenging weather conditions and with the safety of our members and partners as our highest priority, we regret to inform that our Annual General Meeting (AGM), originally scheduled for this Thursday, September 25th 2025 will be postponed in both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this postponement may cause and appreciate your understanding and support during this time.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will inform you of the new date for the AGM as soon as possible.

Theo thông tin từ Trung tâm Dự báo Khí tượng Thủy văn Quốc gia, khu vực miền Bắc và miền Trung, bao gồm Hà Nội, dự kiến sẽ chịu ảnh hưởng nặng nề của siêu bão Ragasa, với mưa lớn và gió mạnh từ ngày 25 đến ngày 27 tháng 9.
Trước tình hình thời tiết khắc nghiệt và nhằm bảo đảm an toàn tuyệt đối cho hội viên và đối tác, chúng tôi rất tiếc phải thông báo: Đại Hội Thường Niên lần thứ 33 (AGM), dự kiến tổ chức vào Thứ Năm, ngày 25 tháng 9 năm 2025, sẽ được hoãn lại tại cả Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và Hà Nội.
Chúng tôi thành thật xin lỗi vì sự bất tiện này và chân thành cảm ơn sự cảm thông của Quý vị trong thời điểm này.
