Morgan Ulaganathan has over two decades of experience in hospitality and real estate across Asia Pacific, with a multidisciplinary operational background in hospitality and property management.
At Avison Young Vietnam, Morgan specialises in managing developers and investors property portfolio through operational excellence of asset services. In the field of hospitality, he has provided clients with asset management, strategic planning, operator selection, general consulting, and advisory services.
Morgan is a Singaporean citizen and holds a EMBA from Nanyang Business School along with Executive Education pursued at INSEAD, Cornell and UC Berkeley. He has been based in Vietnam since 2012.
