MR. CHIA HAN MENG

In 1998, Chia founded Blitz IT Consultants Pte Ltd with its headquarters in Singapore, specializing in International Payment Transfer, Risk & Compliance, and Financial Crimes. Despite navigating through numerous global economic challenges in the last two decades, he successfully expanded his client base across Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, The Philippines, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Chia’s pioneering spirit led to the successful launch of the company’s first overseas venture in Vietnam in 2005, now serving over 40 financial institutions. Building on this foundation, he strategically expanded operations into Malaysia, Myanmar, and The Philippines. He hopes he can contribute his experience to other fellow entrepreneurs to consider Vietnam as their next destination for business ventures.
