As Vietnam’s real estate landscape continues to expand beyond traditional urban centres, identifying emerging growth corridors has become increasingly important for investors and developers alike.
With this in mind, we are pleased to welcome Mr. Carl Wee, Head of Design Management, Project Development at Frasers Property Vietnam, to Panel 2: “Real Estate: Building the Mekong – Urban Development & Growth Corridors” at the upcoming Mekong Gateway Summit taking place next Friday, May 29th, where he will share his insights on urban development and real estate growth in the Mekong region.
In his capacity as Head of Design Management at Frasers Property, Mr. Carl Wee is responsible for leading his team in managing master planning, architecture, interior and landscape design of Residential, Industrial and Commercial developments in Vietnam.
A passionate advocate for sustainability and technology in hospitality, Mr. Carl believes balancing efficient green construction with market-led data-driven design is the key to improving customer-centric experiences for a prolonged environmentally responsible future.
Prior to Frasers, Mr. Carl began his career as an architect and has since served in management roles thereafter for international hospitality and real estate companies such as Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Ascott and Capitaland – managing design and projects, as well as undertaking technical advisory of acquisitions and divestments on various asset classes (including commercial, industrial, residential other than hospitality) across the globe.
With only days left until the Summit, lock in your access today to sit at the table where the future of the Mekong region is being built.
