In April 2025, SingCham Vietnam officially signed an MOU with the Association of Promoting Educational Development (APED) – under the HCMC Department of Education – to join hands in nurturing Vietnam’s next generation through the Education Fund (EdFund) Disbursement Project.
Six months later, this commitment came to life at the Scholarship Disbursement Ceremony on October 26, where SingCham contributed VND 500 million to support 24 university students facing financial difficulties.
