21 January 2014 – The Singapore Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh City collaborated with the Vietnam-Singapore Friendship Association to organize the 10th Singapore Cooperation Programme (SCP) Alumni Night at the Sheraton Saigon Hotel.
The Alumni Night was primarily organized to promote and maintain the close friendship between Vietnam and Singapore. However, it was also a meaningful platform for the members of the Singaporean community in Ho Chi Minh City to gather together to form new friendships with the Vietnamese and Singaporeans alike.
Mr Norman Lim, President of SBG and some members of the SBG’s Executive Committee attended the event as a display of commitment to play a part in strengthening ties between the Singapore and Vietnam community.
