Understanding that, we invited five professionals who are now holding the top positions in leading companies in Vietnam market to share their opinions regarding e-commerce and the related issues it may bring besides all the undeniable benefits.
From an overall perspective, Vietnam is recognized to be a country with huge potentials, especially in e-commerce. Vietnam market has huge support from the government that makes it easy to trade and highly accessible to customers across the country. E-commerce has affected the way we do business significantly and become efficient than more than ever. For example, our speakers believe that it allows them to reach customers massively by only using one social platform. It is also has a high flexibility to adapt to customers’ characteristics and their purchase demands.
However, in order to be more successful, there is still a need to make online transactions and payment more trustworthy and customers in rural areas should also be given an equal chance for their shopping and services needed.
The event was a great success and continued its tradition to deliver useful information and opportunities to expand networking.
