On Friday, August 22nd 2025, SingCham Vietnam was honored to attend the 60th National Day of Singapore Celebration in Ho Chi Minh City, co-hosted by the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Friendship Organizations (HUFO) and the Vietnam–Singapore Friendship Association (VSFA).
Representing SingCham Vietnam were:

– Mr. Ajay Panot, Executive Committee Member
The event featured warm remarks by H.E. Lâm Dũng Tiến, Chairman of VSFA, who emphasized the Association’s role as a bridge for strengthening cultural, educational, and economic ties between Singapore and Vietnam.
H.E. Pang Te Cheng, Consul General of Singapore in Ho Chi Minh City, also highlighted the significance of 2025 – a milestone year marking Singapore’s 60th and Vietnam’s 80th National Days – and the elevation of bilateral ties to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership earlier this year.
We extend our sincere appreciation to VSFA and HUFO for the kind invitation. The celebration was a meaningful reminder of the enduring friendship and growing cooperation between Singapore and Vietnam.
