Morgan Ulaganathan is the Head of Asset Services & Hospitality Advisory for Vietnam with Colliers. He has over 2 decades of experience in hospitality and real estate across Asia Pacific, with a multidisciplinary operational background in hospitality and asset services.
With Colliers, he manages developers and investors property portfolio through operational excellence of asset services. In the field of hospitality, he has provided clients with asset management, strategic planning, operator selection, general consulting and advisory services.
Morgan is a Singaporean citizen and holds a EMBA from Nanyang Business School along with Executive Education pursued at INSEAD, Cornell and UC Berkeley. He has been based in Vietnam since 2012.
