COSMOPARK Eco Industrial Zone is being developed as a smart, sustainable eco-industrial zone, aligned with ESG principles and the global transition toward green manufacturing. Spanning 322.3 hectares in Tay Ninh Province, with a land-use term of up to 70 years (until March 2095), COSMOPARK aims to provide a modern, stable and long-term investment environment for both domestic and international enterprises.
One of COSMOPARK’s key advantages is its investment incentive policy. Eligible projects may benefit from a preferential Corporate Income Tax (CIT) rate of 10% for 15 years, including a 4-year CIT exemption, followed by a 50% reduction in CIT for the subsequent 9 years, subject to applicable regulations.
In terms of energy infrastructure, COSMOPARK is planned to be supported by two independent power sources, comprising the EVN power grid with a capacity of 1,000 MVA and 200 MW of solar power, which is expected to increase to 562 MW by 2030. This combination supports a stable power supply for industrial operations while increasing access to renewable energy in line with ESG objectives.
COSMOPARK benefits from strategic connectivity to Ring Road No. 4, Luong Hoa – My Quy Tay Road, the Tan Ninh – Long An corridor and the Western North–South Expressway, providing convenient access to Ho Chi Minh City, major seaports, airports and international border gates. The industrial zone features 218.7 hectares of industrial land, more than 47 hectares of green spaces and water surfaces, internal roads ranging from 20.5 to 62 metres, a water supply capacity of 17,000 m³/day, and wastewater treatment capacity of 9,500 m³/day.
COSMOPARK prioritizes high-value and sustainable industries, including high-tech manufacturing, electronics, data centers, energy technology, logistics, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, supporting industries, and clean manufacturing, progressively developing a green, modern and sustainable industrial ecosystem.
