– Any individual who has represented a state, province, or region in a professional or semi-professional capacity within the last 10 years is ineligible to participate.
Affiliation: All participants must fulfill at least one of the following criteria:
-> Must be a citizen of the country represented by their Chamber.
-> Must be a registered member of the participating Chamber.
