In the annual effort of supporting SingCham members and enhancing the business environment in Ho Chi Minh City, the Investment & Trade Promotion Centre of Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC), in collaboration with SingCham Vietnam, would like to gather feedback from our business community. 1/ Call for Feedback
SingCham is consolidating feedback for submission to the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee to address business challenges and identify initiatives to support socio-economic development. Following the submission of feedback, we will update you on the official responses from the HCMC People’s Committee’s related departments.
- What to share: Difficulties, challenges, and recommendations related to investment, production, and business activities, as well as proposals and initiatives that contribute to the socio-economic development of Ho Chi Minh City.
- Submission deadline: Please send your feedback to SingCham Secretariat by Monday, March 30th 2026 via sccv@singchamvn.org.
2/ The 24/7 Online Dialogue Platform
In addition, for matters requiring more immediate attention, the city has launched an official digital channel to ensure your voice is heard directly by state management authorities.

- The Benefit: This is a 24/7 portal where you can submit inquiries or feedback. ITPC will act as the focal point to ensure you receive an official response within five (05) working days.
