Validity period: 03 months (Expiry: 3 months from purchase date).
Benefits:
– The Silver Membership card is applicable to Standard room categories (Enra, Kura, Himoku, valid for a maximum of 04 guests per room).
– Flexible Privilege: Complimentary rescheduling support up to 60 minutes before check-in.

– Balance Retention Policy: The card balance is valid for 13 weeks. After this period, the balance will expire if no renewal transaction is made.
– Flexible Upgrade: Easily use your balance to upgrade to premium room categories based on the listed price at the time of booking.
– The card balance is used to pay for services at Kudochi and is not redeemable for cash.
2. GOLD MEMBER
– Card Ownership Fees: VND 14,496,000
– Cashback Rate: 15%.
– Bonus Limit: VND 2,174,400 (Bonuses from the system).
– Total Value: VND 16,670,400 (Total available balance).
– Original service price: Valid for all room types at Kudochi Onsen. Deduct money according to the listed price.
Validity period: 09 months (Expiry: 9 months from purchase date).
Benefits:
– The Gold Membership card is applicable to all room categories from Standard to VIP (maximum capacity varies by room category).
– Flexible Privilege: Complimentary rescheduling support up to 60 minutes before check-in time.
– Birthday Privilege: A complimentary celebratory cake paired with premium tea. Guests are granted exclusive access to a private VIP room for a group of up to 8 people for 2 hours to celebrate their special occasion.
– Balance Retention Policy: The card balance is valid for a maximum of 36 weeks (09 months). To maintain the balance indefinitely, guests simply need to make a renewal transaction before the card expires.
– Flexible Upgrade: Easily use your balance to upgrade to premium room categories based on the listed price at the time of booking.
The card balance is used to pay for services at Kudochi and is not redeemable for cash.
