In celebration of Vietnamese Women’s Day, the Women in Business Sector Committee of SingCham Vietnam hosted the seminar “Soft Power in Leading Organizational Performance”, bringing together professionals and leaders to explore how influence, empathy, and human-centered leadership contribute to stronger organizational performance.
Through keynote sharings and panel discussions, the event highlighted how soft power—expressed through empathy, communication, and storytelling—can translate into trust, engagement, and long-term impact. The conversations offered practical perspectives on leading with authenticity and purpose in today’s complex and evolving business environment.
