This Mid-Autumn Festival, Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel proudly unveils The Grand Opera Collection 2025 – a celebration of heritage, craftsmanship, and artistry that also marks the first reveal of the hotel’s upcoming Grand Opera Tower.
For over two decades, Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel has preserved the art of handcrafted mooncakes, made with meticulous care by more than 60 chefs. Each mooncake is a legacy of passion – golden crusts, balanced fillings, and timeless flavors born from the renowned Li Bai Restaurant’s treasured recipes. Far from being just confections, these mooncakes are keepsakes of memory, reunion, and tradition.
This year’s collection features three specially designed gift boxes, inspired by the grandeur of opera and crafted as keepsakes:
- Prelude Box – lantern-inspired, elegant in Oxford blue, perfect for reuse as a vanity case.
- Harmony Box – refined in Prussian blue PU leather, with lotus motifs symbolizing balance and grace.
- Grand Finale Box – theatrical and vintage, designed as a collectible travel trunk for timeless treasures.
The culinary symphony continues with eight signature fillings – two savory classics, Mixed Nuts and XO Scallop, alongside six sweet creations from White Lotus and Pandan Lotus to Black Sesame, Cranberry, Longjing Tea, and Yuzu. Each one is a note in the harmony of Mid-Autumn flavors, blending tradition with modern inspirations.
