  1. Christophe Cougnaud – Partner, Forvis Mazars Legal

Christophe is a French-qualified lawyer (“Avocat”) who holds a Postgraduate Master’s Degree in Business Law from Cergy-Pontoise University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).

After practicing for more than 10 years in major British and French law firms in France, Christophe has worked 5 years in Vietnam in a top ranked law firm before joining Forvis Mazars as a Partner.

In Vietnam, Christophe provides practical advice on international investment projects and assistance on operational matters to Vietnamese and international clients across a wide range of sectors (media, educational institution, industry). He handles all aspects of international contractual work, from negotiation to drafting, supporting clients’ day-to-day operations and strategic business activities.

Christophe has a significant experience on compliance (anticorruption, anti-money laundering, combating the financing of terrorism, protection of personal data) and is also proficient in commercial law, labor law and construction.

Christophe is also the General Secretary of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry France-Vietnam (CCIFV).

2) Luan Vo – Senior Manager, Forvis Mazars Legal

Luan graduated from the University of Economics and Law and completed a Master of Laws at the University of the West of England Bristol. He is a registered lawyer and a member of HCMC Bar Association and Vietnam Lawyer Association.

Luan has over 10 years of professional experience. Before Forvis Mazars, Luan gained extensive post-qualified experience working with Korean, Canadian, and local law firms. As a lawyer, Luan leads the legal advisory services team in delivering comprehensive legal services to clients from diverse countries and specializes in Corporate and Investment Law and Labor & Immigration Laws.

Barbara Wardak – Business Development Manager at Santa Fe Movers

Barbara is an experienced professional with over 15 years of sales and customer service experience, cultivated across three continents, providing her with a unique understanding of relocation challenges. For the past decade, she and her family have resided in Asia, experiencing life and work in three distinct countries, fostering a deep understanding of global markets.
