To offer the guests extraordinary dining experiences, we are delighted to announce the arrival of acclaimed guest chef Chen Wei Chung, Executive Chef at Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre. With his extensive experience of more than 20 years and passion for culinary innovation, Chef Chung will recreate the authentic Singaporean flavours using locally sourced ingredients to ensure a true taste of Singapore in the heart of Hanoi. Guests will have the opportunity to indulge in the flavours of Singapore through a variety of unique offerings. From Hainanese Chicken Rice, Singapore Chili Crab, Bak Kut Teh to assorted Singapore desserts, guests can immerse themselves in Singapore’s vibrant food scene at 3 Spoons.
In addition, the hotel will host a Cooking Masterclass featuring the Singapore Chilli Crab led by Chef Chen Wei Chung, where guests can learn the sought after recipe, spicing things up and crafting the iconic dishes. At the end of this class, guests will be able to enjoy a lunch set menu at 3 Spoons.
