VSIP JV is a joint venture between Vietnam’s Becamex IDC Corporation and a Singaporean consortium led by Sembcorp Development.
Established in 1996, VSIP has been well-known as one of the largest developers of integrated industrial parks and mixed-use areas in Vietnam.
