To become a member of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (SCCV), kindly:
- Fill up the membership application form below.
- Email us your company logo in .ai or .psd format.
- Email us a scanned copy of the details page of your passport.
- Pay the applicable membership fee.
MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES & FEES
Member Rates for Ho Chi Minh Chapter:
- Ordinary Membership – 3,680,000 VND per year (for Singaporean citizens and Singapore permanent residents)
- Associate Membership – 4,140,000 VND per year (for non-Singapore citizens or permanent residents)
- Spouse Members – 690,000 VND per year.
(*Ordinary, Associate, and Spouse memberships are non-transferable and the place of residence is to be in HCMC or neighboring provinces..)
- Corporate Membership – 11,500,000 VND per year for 3 representatives in the company. Additional representatives would pay an additional 1,150,000 VND per representative, e.g. 12,650,000 VND for 4 representatives in the same company.
(*Corporate Membership can be transferred to others within the company and the company must have a registered address in IRC or ERC to be in HCMC or neighboring provinces..)
Member Rates for Hanoi Chapter:
- Ordinary Membership – 3,000,000 VND per year (for Singaporean citizens and Singapore permanent residents)
- Associate Membership – 3,000,000 VND per year (for non-Singapore citizens or permanent residents)
- Spouse Members – 690,000 VND per year.
(*Ordinary, Associate, and Spouse memberships are non-transferable and the place of residence is to be in Hanoi or neighboring provinces..)
- Corporate membership – 8,000,000 VND per year for 3 representatives in the company. Additional representatives would pay an additional 1,150,000 VND per representative, e.g. 9,150,000 VND for 4 representatives in the same company.

Rates For Members who is not registered business in Vietnam:
OFFSHORE CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP – VND 8,000,000 (for a company based in foreign countries and have no registered business address in Vietnam, with 03 representatives)
We are very pleased to inform you that, in 2023, SCCV will implement a 10% discount for the first year of Offshore Membership in celebration of 50/10 Diplomatic/Strategic Relationship between Vietnam & Singapore. The validity of this offer is until 31st December 2023.
We would like to reward our loyal and regular members; we are therefore offering members, who have joined SCCV for five years or more, 10% off when renewing SCCV membership for next coming year.
Apply/ Renew your SCCV membership and get your company profile listed in SCCV Membership Directory (both print & digital versions)
Please provide us with your updated company profile on the form as soon as possible. We will list your business on the SCCV website and in the SCCV printed Directory book, which will be distributed in the middle of the year.
