Chau Duc Urban Industrial Park & Golf Course located in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, is one of the strategic projects of SZC to become a gateway to global commerce. With total area of 2.287 ha (1.556 ha is reserved for Industrial Land, the other 731 ha is for Golf Course, Urban areas and Service areas), it defines a new type of modern industrial park which is symbolized by the parallelization of social and economic development. Associated with the Industrial Park will be entertainment services, schools, hospitals, employee housing, etc… to meet all customer needs.
