COVID-19 RELIEF AID REPORT

Dear members and donors,

In August 2021, during the city lockdown, SBG had collected VND 250,000,000 for our COVID-19 Relief Aid. However, the total amount remains undistributed due to the continued lockdown until the end of September.

Then, in October, when most activities were allowed again, SBG Sec Team and Exco had packed and fulfilled our Relief Aid distribution of 500 Aid packages to 500 needy families with support from the Fatherland Front District 3 from 20 October to 22 October 2021.

There wouldn’t be any word to describe how happy and grateful we were to be able to hand these Relief Aid packages to all the families and hear them share their stories.

As we have completed our distribution, we would like to thank our generous donors again to make this happen, thanks to our Executive Committee Members for helping us in packing and delivering these packages.

We also would like to thank all the staff from the Fatherland Front District 3 & the People’s Committee District 3 for your warm welcome and great support.

It was a meaningful journey to all of us and we believe generosity consists not the sum given, but the manner in which it is bestowed.
