@Druce, the lead consultant of Marina Central Tower and Avison Young Vietnam signed a partnership, enabling Avison Young Vietnam as the official leasing partner for the project. Marina Central Tower is a new international grade A building located in the historical Ba Son area of District 1, expected to start operation in Q2/2025, and bringing an additional of 87,000sqm of office space into the Ho Chi Minh city market.
Developed by Masterise Homes, Marina Central Tower is a 55-floor commercial building comprising premium offices, retail and public spaces. With direct connection to Ba Son station of Metro Line 1, Marina Central Tower is the first and only Transit-Oriented Development office building in Vietnam to date, offering unobstructed waterfront views of the Saigon River.
