Mr. Tran Thanh Hai has a remarkable career that spans M&A, corporate affairs, accounting, to legal advisory. With over 20 years of working experience in a range of industries, his achievements are remarkable: he has led the largest private M&A deal in Vietnam, worth 1 billion Euros. Since 2018, he transitioned into retail operations, first as the Country Manager of DFS in Vietnam, establishing new boutiques in two international airports, and establishing the first 100% FDI duty-free business in Vietnam.

Currently, Mr. Hai is the General Manager (Vietnam) at The Hour Glass. Established in 1979, The Hour Glass has headquarters in Singapore, and operates 50 boutiques in over 20 cities across 8 countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
