Commercial mediation – What you need to know about this effective alternative dispute resolution option

In recent years, using alternative dispute resolution methods, especially commercial mediation, is becoming more and more popular in the world. In Vietnam, adapting to this international trend, commercial mediation is gradually asserting the role as one of the most effective ways to resolve disagreements and disputes in a wide range of business scenarios.

However, the method of dispute resolution by conciliation has not been given due attention compared to its development potential. To bring mediation closer to the business community, SCCV, in collaboration with BAKER MCKENZIE VIETNAM, and VIETNAM MEDIATION CENTRE (VMC) – a division of Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), will be organizing the Seminar “Commercial Mediation – What You Need to Know About This Effective Alternative Dispute Resolution Option”.
